MTZ Contracting was brought back to work with Chef Vittorio and the Born N Raised team on the development of Tonino’s On Robert, a new pizza-focused restaurant concept in Hamilton.
Working alongside the project consultants, we helped take the space from the planning stage through to a fully operational restaurant. Our role included coordination with the landlord’s representatives, multiple trades, kitchen equipment suppliers, and required inspections.
We also assisted with scheduling, budgeting, timeline management, and overall project coordination to help ensure the restaurant was ready for operation at project closeout.
