Following the successful completion of the downtown Hamilton Industria location, MTZ Contracting was brought in for the Industria Stoney Creek restaurant fit-out.
We became involved during the planning phase to help prepare and coordinate the project as a turnkey restaurant operation. Our responsibilities included working with the design team, corporate team, landlord’s representatives, multiple trades, kitchen equipment suppliers, and required inspections.
We also assisted with scheduling, budgeting, timeline management, and overall construction coordination to help ensure the restaurant was fully operational and ready for turnover at project closeout.
