MTZ Contracting was referred to the Industria team through a previous client and became involved during the planning phase of their flagship Ontario location in Burlington.
Our role was to help coordinate and manage the construction process for the turnkey restaurant build. We worked with the design team, corporate team, landlord’s representatives, multiple trades, kitchen equipment suppliers, and municipal inspection requirements throughout the project.
We also assisted with scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordination to help ensure the restaurant was fully operational and ready for turnover at project closeout.
