Following the successful completion of the Burlington Industria location, MTZ Contracting was brought in to assist with the development of the downtown Hamilton restaurant location.
We became involved during the planning phase and helped coordinate the project through to completion as a turnkey restaurant operation. Our scope included coordination with the design team, corporate team, landlord’s representatives, multiple trades, kitchen equipment suppliers, and required inspections.
We also assisted with project timelines, budgeting, scheduling, and overall site coordination to help ensure the restaurant was completed and fully ready for operation at turnover.
