Following the successful completion of the Industria Stoney Creek location, MTZ Contracting was brought in for the Industria Courtney Park restaurant fit-out in Mississauga.
We became involved during the planning phase and assisted with coordinating the full construction process for another turnkey restaurant build. Our role included coordination with the design team, corporate team, landlord’s representatives, multiple trades, kitchen equipment suppliers, and required inspections.
We also assisted with timeline management, budget coordination, scheduling, and overall site organization to help ensure the restaurant was completed, fully operational, and ready for turnover at project closeout.
