MTZ Contracting was referred to Chef Vittorio through a previous client and became involved during the planning phase of the Born N Raised restaurant fit-out in Hamilton.
Working alongside the project consultants, we helped coordinate the construction process in preparation for a turnkey restaurant operation. Our role included organizing and coordinating trades, managing schedules, assisting with budget control, maintaining project timelines, coordinating kitchen equipment suppliers, and assisting with required city inspections.
The project was coordinated through to final closeout with the goal of having the restaurant fully operational and ready for turnover.
