Following the successful completion of previous work for this client, MTZ Contracting was brought back to renovate the Total Image salon at Burlington Mall and give the space a fresh, updated look.
We managed the project from deconstruction through construction and final turnover of the fully operational salon. Our role included coordinating with mall management, multiple trades, suppliers, and inspectors throughout the renovation.
The project required careful scheduling to comply with strict mall procedures, working-hour restrictions, and established completion deadlines while keeping the construction process moving toward final turnover.
