MTZ Contracting was hired following the planning phase to help the owners renovate the Total Beauty Salon at Burlington Mall and create a brighter, refreshed space.
Our team managed the project from deconstruction through construction and final turnover, delivering a turnkey, fully operational hair salon. Throughout the project, we coordinated with mall representatives, multiple trades, equipment suppliers, and inspectors.
The renovation also required a flexible construction schedule to accommodate strict mall protocols, access requirements, and established project deadlines while keeping the work moving toward final completion.
