Following the successful completion of previous projects for this client, MTZ Contracting was brought back to help modernize and brighten the Salon Mirage location at Lynden Park Mall in Brantford.
We managed the project through deconstruction, construction, and final closeout. Our role included coordinating with mall representatives, multiple trades, equipment suppliers, and inspectors throughout the renovation.
The project also required scheduling flexibility to work within strict mall protocols and established completion deadlines, helping ensure the renovated salon was completed and ready for turnover.
