MTZ Contracting was contacted by these homeowners to build a functional outdoor living space in their backyard. With the planning phase already completed, we were brought in to construct the final deck design.
Our work included building the deck according to the engineer’s specifications, coordinating required inspections, and managing the construction through to final turnover.
