MTZ Contracting was initially contacted by a condo owner in the Square One area of Mississauga to update an original, outdated bathroom. After working with the client on the design, we developed a cost-effective renovation that refreshed the space and gave it a cleaner, more modern appearance.
Following the successful bathroom renovation, the same client contacted us again when they were ready to update their kitchen. Working within the homeowner’s budget, we refreshed the existing cabinetry with new paint, installed a quartz countertop and subway tile backsplash, and completed the space with new floor tile.
Together, the two renovations provided practical and cost-effective updates that modernized the condo while making better use of the existing finishes and layout.
