MTZ Contracting was contracted to assist with the planning, coordination, and construction management of a pharmaceutical interior renovation near Steeles Ave and Highway 400.
Our involvement extended from the preliminary stages of the project through to final turnover. The work included organizing the project schedule, coordinating trades, overseeing on-site construction activities, and monitoring progress throughout the project.
Our role was focused on keeping the different phases of work organized and coordinated through to final occupancy.
