MTZ Contracting was contracted to manage and oversee the HVAC-related scope of work within a pharmaceutical facility in Guelph.
Our responsibilities included planning the work, coordinating and scheduling the required trades, and monitoring on-site progress throughout the project.
We managed the HVAC-related work through to final inspection and turnover, helping keep the different stages of the project organized and coordinated through completion.
