MTZ Contracting was contacted by these homeowners to renovate and update their existing three-piece bathroom in Hamilton. With the design already finalized, we were brought in to complete the construction and bring the new bathroom to life.
The renovation included structural floor repairs and new plywood subflooring, followed by insulation, drywall, and in-floor heating. We also completed the tile flooring, tiled shower stall, recessed cabinetry, and installation of a sliding glass tub/shower door.
The completed renovation addressed the required structural work while creating a more functional, comfortable, and updated bathroom.
